As a tenant in one of our student housing options, it is a requirement that you are an active student*.

To ensure that our student housing options are rented by current or upcoming students, we are continuously performing student checks of our tenants. New tenants are allowed to move in 3 months before they start their studies and continue living there 3 months after they finish their studies. We do not need documentation for student activity when you move in – only at the time of the student check.

The date for the student check is not set in stone but will happen multiple times during the year. The student check will consist of you receiving a link to a formula that you need to fill out.

If you do not fulfil the requirements for being an active student, you need to contact us at soon as possible so we can figure out if we can find a solution.

*Exceptions can be made in special circumstances.
