The office will be closed during Weeks 30 and 31.

Reduced opening hours during Weeks 29 and 32:

• In-person enquiries/service monday to thursday 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• In-person enquiries/service friday 10.00 AM -12.00 PM

The operations offices will remain open throughout the summer; however, longer processing times may occur due to staff holidays.
