Private dormitory located in central Odense close to everything Odense has to offer. It is about a 10 minute walk from Odense central station and the Light Rail. The dormitory is a modern building and the accommodations are in very good condition. When the dormitory was established, there was also established artistic outdoor areas and also water from Rosenbækken.
Bikubenfonden, who owns the dormitory, works to create positive changes in the society. The dormitory is run with the main purpose of offering students a solid base through their studies. Furthermore, it is also used in Bikubenfonden's social work to stop homelessness among young people. This means that the foundation has devoted 8 accommodations in the dormitory to young people who have been on the edge of society. The people, who are granted these accommodations, are from Odense Municipality's youth program, and are chosen with the plan in mind that they can be students themselves within a year. They receive extensive academic and social support to integrate well in the dormitory - both from Odense Municipality and from the other socially strong residents.
